PROJECT OUTLINE

WINDWOOD will collaborate with Anchour and Marden’s to produce a suite of high-impact, character-driven brand awareness ads as part of the ongoing “Where’d You Get It?” campaign. The project will expand upon the original concept by developing up to six unique 30-second spots, each exploring a different relatable dynamic. The creative focus will still center around humorous, slice-of-life moments that highlight the excitement of discovering deals at Marden’s.

Ad Concepts Currently in Development

  • Sister Duo (Women-focused, indoor setting)

  • Brother-in-law Duo (Men-focused, outdoor setting)

  • Dueling Perspectives (Sister & Brother-in-law concept combined)

  • Family Christmas

  • Mother & Daughter

  • Husband & Wife

  • Wildcard Combo (New dynamic, TBD)

All content will be captured over a two-three day shoot at a single location, with a primary cast of four core talent, and potential expansion to five (adding a “mother” figure), possibly also adding children and a dog.

Marden’s has expressed a strong interest in maximizing content production during this campaign cycle. While the original plan includes two shoot days at a single location with a cast of four (potentially expanding), the scope and creative ambition of the campaign might be best supported by adding a third shoot day.

Why Add a Third Shoot Day?

If Marden’s approves six full concepts, with a cast of potentially seven; a third production day provides the space and flexibility to:

  • Fully develop and refine each of the six 30-second spots without compromising on quality, pacing, or creative setups

  • Capture performance variations and alt takes that strengthen the edit and improve long-term versatility of the content

  • Allow for better energy and focus on set, especially with complex transitions between character setups and storylines

  • Ensure time for high-quality b-roll, product shots, and social variations alongside the primary spots

  • Build in contingency time to account for weather, logistics, or unexpected delays
